At Supplize Distribution Solutions, the health, safety, and well-being of our valued customers and team members is our top priority. We want you to know the steps we have taken to protect those in our community from coronavirus (COVID-19).

On top of our usual safety and sanitation standards, we are now taking the following actions:

  • All team members are wearing gloves when handling product and are washing their hands with increased frequency.
  • Drivers are carrying hand sanitizer in their trucks and have thermometers available at all times to take temperature before entering facilities.
  • We are increasing focus on ensuring team members stay home if they feel sick.

All of our team members take these actions very seriously and want you to feel safe when you receive a delivery or pick up product at our warehouse.

For all will-call pickups, we ask that you call or place your order online at least two hours before picking up, as our warehouse is seeing increased volume in orders and needs time to pull your products. We will not be accepting any in-person orders.

At this time, due to shortages on certain items, we may contact you after placing your order to inform you of backorders or purchase limits. Please know that we are working with our vendors to bring in product as soon as possible to service all our customers in full. Currently, all of our vendors have put us on allocation.

We will continue to monitor this situation carefully and will be sure to keep you informed and safe.
